What the HK is on Your Needles? Vol. 37
Are you ready for another look at some beautiful recently finished Hazel Knits projects? I've got a great collection for you today.
Our first project today is Katy's (ravname: grrltastic) lovely October Leaves gloves by Abbie Tilden in Piquant Lite in ShannyPants. Katy adapted the original fingerless pattern to make this awesome pair of gloves.
Trudy (ravname: TrudyG) knit a stunning French CanCan shawl by Mademoiselle C in Lively DK in Terrywinkle. A beautiful mix of garter and lace.
Becky (Ravname: gathersnomoss) is showing support for her local football team with her cute Mini-Stocking by Susan B. Anderson in Artisan Sock in Hometeam Football. I adore how at this small scale the variegation looks more like striping. Sweet!
Lizzie (ravname: LizzieLace) knit a pair of The Sign of the Prancing Pony Socks by Claire Ellen in Artisan Sock in Iris for a friend of hers. Lucky friend! I recently completed a pair of these delightful socks myself which I'll show you next time.
Dorie (ravname: SweetBeej) knit herself this inspiring Petrea sweater by Amy Herzog using Amy's CustomFit program. The result is perfection! Dorie knit hers in Lively DK in Violeta. I'm not quite ready to tackle another sweater right now but Dorie makes it tempting.
Jennie (ravname: Izamight) knit herself an eye-catching pair of Slipstream Mitts by Louise Zass-Bangham in Divine in Fiery Foliage (a club colour). I love the beads! I think I'll add this one to my queue and finally attempt another beaded project.
And finally, Diana (ravname: dlbecker) knit a cozy looking Fall Line Scarf by Anne Hanson in Cadence in Haze as a gift. I hope the recipient loves it as much as I would.
Thanks to everyone for allowing me to feature their projects. I'm always so pleased when I hear back from my requests with an enthusiastic yes. The work is beautiful and I'm glad you are willing to share it.
Next week, I'll show you what's been on my needles lately.
