What the HK is on your needles? Vol. 30

Yesterday I got to spend some time searching around Ravelry looking for recent projects knit in Hazel Knits yarn. I found so many that I'm going to share eight with you today. Hopefully you will find these as beautiful and inspiring as I do.

Up first today we have Elizabeth (ravname: bluesaddiction) with her eye-catching Hitchhiker in Artisan Sock in Fireberry. Fireberry is one of the first HK colours Wendee created and it is so nice to see it worked up again. This pattern seems to work so well with variegated yarns that I'm considering digging deep into my stash to try one myself. Maybe Alki Reflection or the club colour It's a Wrap? They've been waiting for a while for the right pattern to come up.

Sherece (ravname: Sherecie) chose Anne Hanson's sock pattern Almondine and paired it up with Pink Purl in Artisan Sock. The result? These lovely socks. They look so soft and pretty.

I'm in love with this unusual (at least I never would of thought to do it) colour combination that Cinnamon (ravname: ScarletteRose) put together for her Thendara shawl. She's paired Ruby Love with Frost in Artisan Sock for this stunning shawl. Excellent choice!

Here's another gorgeous shawl. This one is Mystic Fire knit by Lorie (ravname: Socksalot) in Artisan Sock in Pink Purl.

The Mystic Fire shawl was the result of a mystery knitalong on the Knit & Knag Designs Ravelry Group. Anna Dalvi (ravname: knitandknag) designed the shawl using HazelKnits Divine in Carnelian. You can see Anna's project page here or find more pattern information here. Check it out!

Mystery patterns abound on Ravelry (I can't keep track of them all) and Ali (ravname: alishairish) participated in the Rock + Purl Mystery Sock KAL held earlier this year and decided on Lipstick, 1984 in Artisan Sock for her colour. This looks like a very interesting pattern. You can't see it in this picture, but the gusset decreases are very different. This may require more investigation on my part.

Mary (ravname: Puppymancer) knit one of the June 2012 Cookie A club patterns, Reykjavik Socks in the recent club colour, Silhouette in Entice.

And Kristin (ravname: kristinff) chose the other club colour from the same month, Twilight, for her pair of Reykjavik socks - also in Entice.

I think it looks smashing in both the dark and the light colours. But I wouldn't expect anything else from Cookie A's designs.

Thanks to everyone for sharing their fantastic projects with us.
